Taong 2016 nang itayo ni Chef Fatima ang kaniyang negosyong cake and pastries, at pagkaraan ng tatlong taon ay gumawa na rin siya ng seasonal na Christmas cake-- kabilang ang makulay na "parol" cake. Dahil sa makulay at kakaiba, mabenta at hitik sa order si Fatima ng mga Christmas cake sa panahon ng kapaskuhan."Pinili ko yung batirol kasi alam naman natin na sa bahay kapag nagtimpla ka ng batirol amoy Pasko," saad niya.
Sa panahon ng Pasko umaabot sa 500 ang order ng Christmas cakes kay Fatima at makulay din ang kaniyang kita sa panahong ito na nasa five digits.
