A Chinese woman who was reportedly kidnapped by her compatriots in Pasay City on Monday escaped from her captors in Biñan City, Laguna yesterday.

The suspects were arrested in a follow-up operation at a subdivision in Barangay Tubigan, according to Lt. Col. Chitadel Gaoiran, Calabarzon police spokesperson.

Col. Harold Depositar, Laguna police director, said the victim was held for four days in Barangay Tubigan.She said she managed to escape while the kidnappers were sleeping and sought the help of residents at the subdivision.
