The number of Chinese vessels in the West Philippine Sea further decreased, possibly due to the bad weather condition in the area, the Philippine Navy said on Tuesday.From July 16 to 22, 80 Chinese vessels were seen in some WPS features, which is lower compared to the recorded numbers in the previous weeks: 105, 95, and 94.
