His assurance was contained in a message he delivered to members of the Philippine Association of Court Employees-National Capital Judicial Region during their first summit at the Makati City session hall. The summit was envisioned to reinforce the fiscal management skills and proper conduct of court employees in all trial courts, the offices of the clerks of court, and PACE chapter officers in Metro Manila.
Bersamin urged PACE-NCJR members to apply what they have learned to “better serve our people, our common master.” After delivering his message, Bersamin, together with Court Administrator Jose Midas P. Maquez, toured the various court offices at the New Makati City Hall building.
