The charges against Shiela Guo , the purported sister of dismissed Bamban, Tarlac Mayor Alice Guo , and Cassandra Li Ong , the authorized representative of a raided POGO hub in Porac, Pampanga, have been filed, according to the Department of Justice .In an ambush interview, Justice Secretary Jesus Crispin Remulla said the charges were filed on Tuesday with a Pasay court.“Filed na ‘yun, filed na ,” Remulla said following a Senate hearing on Wednesday.
Meanwhile, Ong was charged with disobedience to summons issued by the House of Representatives as well as obstruction of justice for harboring, concealing, or facilitating the escape of a criminal offender.The two were intercepted in Indonesia last week and brought back to the country to face separate congressional investigations.
