MANILA, Philippines — Administrative and criminal charges will be filed against officials of the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) involved in ghost flood control projects in the province of Bulacan.
MANILA, Philippines — Administrative and criminal charges will be filed against officials of the Department of Public Works and Highways involved in ghost flood control projects in the province of Bulacan . Public Works Secretary Manuel Bonoan made the assurance on Thursday even as President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.
Bonoan said that he has ordered the removal of DPWH district engineering officials who were supposed to implement the nowhere to be found flood control projects in Bulacan and elsewhere around the country.Bonoan said the DPWH regional offices concerned, for the meantime, would take over the functions of the district offices where the officials were removed.
