It’s been years since I’ve been to some of these places and it really is like seeing it all for the first time. True to form I’ve seen most of my music at Festival Club, although I did get to see the Grand Opening concert at Centre 200. But Festival Club has been a steady stream of highlights. Multi-instrumentalist Dale Brown, who wasn’t billed to play this year, made the trip down from Winnipeg with his partner Emma Cloney, just to soak it all up and recharge the soul.
