Cebuana Lhuillier Bank recently celebrated World Savings Day by leading the way with its “Iponventure” campaign, aligning with this year’s theme, “100 Years Forward Together: Shaping the Future of Responsible Banking.
The Iponventure Team led by Dennis Valdes, President of Cebuana Lhuillier Bank; Andy Dario, Regional Head of Cebuana Lhuillier for South Luzon; Jeff Gajita, Digital Division Head of Cebuana Lhuillier; Lea Dancel, Head of Cash Agent Department of Cebuana Lhuillier Bank; and Loraine Bernal from the Cebuana Lhuillier Trade Marketing Department is joined by members of Cebuana Lhuillier Melvin Danganan, Danilo Mendoza Jr.
Jean Henri Lhuillier, President and CEO of Cebuana Lhuillier and Vice Chairman of Cebuana Lhuillier Bank, shared his enthusiasm for the campaign, stating, “In 2024, Cebuana Lhuillier Bank proudly owns World Savings Day through our Iponventure Campaign. With tools like the Ipon Box and Micro Savings Account, we’re encouraging the Filipino public to make saving a central part of their financial journey.
Among the clients inspired by the campaign was Rosa Balanon, who shared her story from the Cebuna Lhuillier Bank Baguio 1 branch. After suffering a stroke and requiring lifetime maintenance medication, she has found Cebuana Lhuillier to be a reliable partner in setting aside funds for her health needs. “Nai-stroke at kailangan na ng maintenance medicine. Nag-iipon sa Cebuana para dito. Thankful ako sa Diyos,” she expressed, grateful for the peace of mind her savings bring.
