A CEBU City veterinarian said that the reported incident of a dog killing its owner in Talisay did not likely occur.
A 63-year-old man, identified by police as George Mayol and a resident of Sitio Molila, Barangay Lawaan 1, Talisay City, was believed to have been killed by his own dog on September 28, 2023. "Dili gyud na siya mopaak maski gani imo pana siyang kusion, imo pana siyang binuangan, as long na naa'y trust ang dog ug naa siyay bond sa owner, dili na siya momaak," said Maribojoc.
