The CCPO reported that the total crime incidents from January to October reached 10,724, lower than the 12,800 registered in the same period last year. However, crimes classified under peace and order increased slightly from 7,904 in 2018 to 8,036 this year.Non-index crimes The CCPO also reported that Cebu City’s public safety crime incidents dropped considerably from 4,896 last year to 2,688 this year.On the other hand, index crimes went down from 2,977 last year to 2,045 this year.
