THE Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines (Ipophl) has received from Clark Development Corp. (CDC) its first application for a local certification mark made under the 2023 Revised Trademark Regulations.

THE Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines has received from Clark Development Corp. its first application for a local certification mark made under the 2023 Revised Trademark Regulations.Ipophl Deputy Director General Ann Claire Cabochan received the certification mark application for 'Made in Clark Philippines' in a ceremonial handover with CDC President and Chief Executive Officer Agnes VST Devanadera.

The CDC is urging all locators to adapt the mark which symbolizes deeper appreciation for Clark-made products. CDC is the certifying body of 'Made in Clark Philippines' and may grant the certification mark to products manufactured in the economic zone.The Clark Freeport Zone houses 1,556 locators from various sectors, including agro-industrial, aviation, commercial, developer, tourism and industrial activities, among others.
