In the post assessment meeting made by PDRRMC held Tuesday morning, records showed that there were 45,343 evacuees who were able to seek shelter in 189 identified evacuation centers. Most of the evacuees went to these centers voluntarily, while some had to be taken there through mandatory evacuation.
