‘St. Joseph’s Health Centre has been one of our anchor community partners for decades’
It is a health-care organization that operates a rehabilitation hospital and two long-term-care homes in Greater Sudbury and has supported generations of Cambrian College students.
The award recognizes an organization or company that has demonstrated exemplary support for Cambrian, its students and graduates. “Over the years, St. Joseph’s Health Centre has accommodated hundreds of our students on placement, in programs from Health Sciences to Community Services to Business and IT. They host our students and hire our graduates. We are very honoured to select St. Joseph’s Health Centre as this year’s recipient.”
“We have always felt passionate about our duty to educate the next generation of caregivers in a way that promotes our mission of caring for the whole person – body, mind, and spirit, and in alignment with our values of Dignity, Excellence, Service and Integrity,” said Gervais, in a press release.
