MANILA, Philippines — Supermarket and bank employees will be among the frontliners to be given priority in Caloocan City’s mass testing program for the new coronavirus disease .

In a letter to bank and supermarket owners earlier this week, the city’s Business Permits and Licensing Office offered rapid and swab tests for their employees to “effect timely detection of those who are infected and to prevent them from further spreading the same.
