A total of 370 children received their first dose of COVID-19 vaccine at the start of vaccination rollout for kids aged five to 11 years old in Pasay City.
Caloocan City opened five vaccination sites at the start of the inoculation of children aged five to 11 years old against coronavirus disease on Monday, Feb. 7.
The vaccination sites were decorated with different characters and animal figures, and colorful backdrops to encourage the children to get their first COVID-19 vaccine dose. Meanwhile, Mayor Oscar “Oca” Malapitan visited the SM Grand Central for the kick-off of the kids’ vaccination. According to the local government, those who registered online for the vaccination or got their schedules through the Department of Education in Caloocan will be prioritized.
