The Commission on Appointments on Tuesday confirmed the appointment of Rex Gatchalian as the secretary of the Department of Social Worker and Development (DSWD).
Apart from Gatchalian, the CA also approved the appointments of 50 Armed Forces of the Philippines officers.
The approval came after the CA committee on national defense endorsed the appointments of the following:Toribio Adaci Jr.
