The Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry on Wednesday outlined a comprehensive set of recommendations to address key challenges facing the Philippines including food security, human resource development and investment generation.
The PCCI said to address human resource development, the government should reform the education system, establish R&D centers, upskill and reskill the workforce and promote health and wellness.
