Seven drug suspects yielded a total of P123,000 worth of alleged shabu in a series of drug bust operations conducted by the police in Bulacan on Sunday, Feb. 26.
The buy-bust operations were launched by the Station Drug Enforcement Unit of Malolos City, Bocaue, San Ildefonso, and Calumpit police.
Based on the reports submitted to Col. Relly B. Arnedo, Bulacan police director, the arrested suspects were identified as Jei Gei Saminiano alias “Jeje,” Darwin Yap, Mark Noriel Yason alias “Dolpi,” Ricky Galvez alias “Eking,” Rico Francisco, Gerbie Dela Cruz alias “Embot,” and Ariel Lazatin.On Saturday, Feb. 25, four felons wanted for various crimes were also apprehended by the cops.
Two of them were identified as Marjun Valdez, 24, wanted for the crime of rape; and Ryan Fabunan, 36, wanted for robbery.Two other felons were also arrested by warrant officers of Plaridel and Bocaue police which are wanted for grave oral defamation and qualified theft. Col. Arnedo said the Bulacan police, under the guidance of the newly designated Central Luzon Police Regional Director Brig. Gen. Jose S. Hidalgo Jr., conducted these intensified police operations as part of their relentless pursuit against criminality.
