K-pop superstars BTS have been nominated in three categories at the 2021 American Music Awards .This year, BTS are nominated for Artist of the Year, Favorite Pop Duo or Group and Favorite Pop Song.

For Artist of the Year, BTS are competing against Ariana Grande, Drake, Olivia Rodrigo, Taylor Swift and The Weeknd. BTS’ “Butter” is nominated for Favorite Pop Song together with Doja Cat ft. SZA’a “Kiss Me More,” Dua Lipa’s “Levitating,” Olivia Rodrigo’s “drivers license” and The Weeknd & Ariana Grande’s “Save Your Tears .”, The Song of 2021 and The Music Video of 2021 at the 2021 People’s Choice Awards.
