MANILA, Philippines — The Bureau of Immigration arrested on Thursday the older brother of former presidential economic adviser Michael Yang.Yang Jianxin, 54, was arrested by elements of the BI's fugitive search unit and intelligence division in cooperation with the Presidential Anti-Organized Crime Commission .Yang was arrested upon his arrival at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 3 aboard a Cebu Pacific flight from Cagayan de Oro.

Yang faces a deportation case for undesirability and misrepresentation. Yang, who also uses the alias Antonio Lim, was the subject of a mission order issued by the BI ordering his arrest.He faces a deportation case for undesirability and misrepresentation, after allegedly misrepresenting himself as a Filipino and falsifying information regarding the Securities and Exchange Commission certification of Phil Sanjia Corporation which he owns, as reported by the PAOCC.
