With lowered alert levels imposing far less stringent health protocols on the country, the Philippine economy seems on track for a full recovery.

Nowhere is this outlook more buoyantly shared than in the real estate industry, which, to start with, displayed great resilience even during the most trying times of the pandemic.

BRIA’s ‘Make It Yours’ campaign will include a series of online and on-the-ground activities that will encourage interested home seekers and property investors to purchase a BRIA unit. Online and on-the-ground activities are currently underway for ‘Make It Yours’, which will kick off with BRIA’s Worldwide Virtual Property Expo, a 24-hour event that will run from March 18 to 19. During the expo, BRIA’s sales and marketing team will be on hand to entertain inquiries of potential homebuyers, investors, and customers, set up meetings for them, and assist them in their transactions, reservations, and other concerns.

Aside from the virtual property expo, BRIA’s ‘Make It Yours’ campaign will feature new and improved materials in all of BRIA’s digital platforms and undertake ‘open house’ events in select developments. The drive also aims to recruit and encourage aspiring real estate professionals to join BRIA’s highly dynamic sales and marketing team.
