Speaking at a press conference on Thursday at the Philippine National Police Command Center, Camp Crame, Quezon City, Brawner urged Filipinos to utilize the upcoming 2025 elections as a platform to express their concerns and hopes for the future.“There are many problems in our country. Sometimes the solution they think of is a military coup or a military junta.

The AFP chief also emphasized that the elections offer an opportunity for citizens to voice their concerns through their votes, encouraging them to choose leaders who will work to solve social problems. “Our call to the people is to use this election as a platform to express our desires by voting for the right individuals, who will serve the country and our society,” Brawner stated.

The AFP is fully committed to maintaining a free, secure, and peaceful 2025 election, working together with all relevant agencies to ensure that the voice of the Filipino people is heard and respected, AFP Public Affairs Office Chief Col. Xerxes Trinidad added.
