In an eco-conscious move, BPO company Sourcefit launched an initiative to help reduce the local carbon footprint and save the environment.
One hundred employees from Sourcefit, one of the leading, global business process outsourcing companies, decided to take a day away from their regular work to partake in a tree-planting initiative at the La Mesa Nature Reserve in Quezon City.Through its eco-friendly initiative called the "Soilmate Project," Sourcefit encouraged its employees to connect with nature by adopting a seedling and dedicating it to a loved one.

The reforestation project not only provided employees with hands-on environmental experiences, but also instilled a sense of pride and purpose within the organization, reaffirming their commitment to making a positive impact on the communities they serve and the environments they live in.
