CITY OF CALAPAN — A 7-year-old boy died Wednesday afternoon after he drowned in floodwater in Baco town, Oriental Mindoro province.Cesar Maliwanag, Baco disaster risk reduction management officer, identified the victim in a text message on Thursday as Chrismark Badal, a resident of Barangay Catwiran 2.
An initial report said the boy fell into the chest-high flood on the road at Sitio Parang in Barangay Poblacion around 4 p.m.
