Senator Christopher Lawrence

“Bong” Go urged government on Saturday to instill peace and order in the country to ensure the success of the “Balik Probinsya, Bagong Pag-Asa” program .Go, chairman of the Senate health and demography committee, made the call as various departments under the executive branch have been asked to prepare for the short-term and long-term implementation of the BPBP program.

“Maintaining peace and order and providing security in communities lead to better quality of life, more economic opportunities, and smoother business operations,” he explained.

The proposed decongestion of Metro Manila is a timely measure at kailangan po natin ito ,’’ Año said.
