Bombate, who is a father of two, was last seen by his family when he left home at 4 p.m. on Thursday, his sister Bea Bombate said.
Someone was using her brother’s Facebook account Thursday night and withdrew P3,900 from his GCash account, she said. Bonilla said it is possible that the victim was killed somewhere else and his body was just dumped at Simon Village as residents did not hear any gunshots. Bonilla said Bombate had previously been arrested in a drug bust conducted by Station 3 policemen in Barangay 12, Bacolod.
On Wednesday, two chopped-off hands soaked in beef broth were also left in Barangay 2 in Bacolod. A list of 22 persons linked to illegal drugs was also found.Subscribe to our daily newsletter
