As the Baguio Flower Festival or “Panagbenga” draws near, Baguio City Mayor Benjamin Magalong warned the public against transacting with scammers and fixers that offer slots in the festival’s activities.
Magalong, in a statement shared by the Baguio City Public Information Office, said the local government received reports of illegitimate groups and individuals brokering slots for the Panagbenga events in the Market
Encounter and Session Road in Bloom.He further noted that these scammers and fixers were “preying not only on the unsuspecting businessmen but also on those who are desperate to grab slots the easy way.”FEATURED STORIES
