But a good environment doesn’t automatically translate to a good show. “Whether anyone was gonna see it, we had no idea,” he adds. “Probably no one would, and it would just slip through the cracks because it’s such a strange soft-boiled little redheaded stepchild of a show.” Which might be underselling it a little.
