The petition seeks to set aside the finding of probable cause by the Office of the City Prosecutor in Davao City for two counts of cyberlibel based on the complaints filed by former city information officer Jefry Tupas. Bello said the cyberlibel law is a very dangerous legislation, which politicians could weaponize against their critics.“We can be sure that it can be used time and time again,” he said.
