“Becky & Badette,” a 2023 Metro Manila Film Festival entry starring Pokwang and Eugene Domingo, is now streaming on Netflix.The film’s production house, The IdeaFirst Company, announced the good news on Instagram Thursday.Along with "Gombuza" and "Kampon", it is among the MMFF 2023 entries that will enter Netflix's slew of titles this month.
In a “Fast Talk with Boy Abunda” episode in November last year, the King of Talk said “Becky & Badette” already has a sequel in the works.Two MMFF 2023 entries have earlier started streaming on Netflix: GMA Public Affairs and GMA Pictures' flagship movie, "Firefly," and "Rewind" starring Marian Rivera and Dingdong Dantes.Meanwhile, "Family of Two," "Penduko," and "Mallari" will begin streaming on Netflix in June.
