Beauty queen Emma Tiglao rants about internet provider’s poor customer service
Reigning Miss Intercontinental Philippines Emma Tiglao called out internet provider Converge ICT Solutions Inc. for its poor customer service.
Tiglao made the rant on Facebook on Sept. 10, saying that she has been calling the company several times but to no avail. “My phone was filled with Converge ICT Solutions Inc. because of calling but it was gaping. Answer me please, not that you are just ignoring me. It hurts. I gave everything you need, I just want to talk to you. Please give me a chance ,” said Tiglao.On Sept. 6, actress Liza Soberano deplored the company’s poor internet connection.
“Converge really needs to start fixing their internet speed. I am an unhappy customer,” Soberano wrote on Twitter.
