The Bacolod City Police Office (BCPO) has issued a reward to an informant who helped solve a shooting case from September 2024, leading to the filing of a murder case against the suspect. The reward ranges from P20,000 to P50,000.
The Bacolod City Police Office has released a cash reward to the informant of an unsolved shooting incident in Barangay Bata, Bacolod City, which occurred in September 2024. Colonel Joeresty Coronica, director of BCPO , announced the release on Monday, December 2. Coronica said the witness had identified the suspect, leading to the filing of a murder case against the individual in November.
Tapang added that illegal drugs might be a possible motive for the killing, as Sison had been involved in illicit drug activity in Bacolod. Coronica also shared that last week, a murder case was filed against a suspect in the killing of a security guard at Bredco Port, with the help of another informant. The release of the cash reward for this informant is scheduled for this month.
