You do the maths ... the 15-storey, $100m Kangaroo Point tower will have just 14 full-floor units, and the developers are hoping to set price records.

Developers behind plans for a luxury riverside tower at Kangaroo Point are hoping to set off-the-plan price records for Brisbane, should the project be given the green light.

“The project will offer 14 full-floor luxury residences with incredible water views, while the penthouse will also feature a private rooftop,” Fortis associate director Daniel Boman said. “Residents will be able to make the most of the location with access to a private pontoon, while resident amenity will be located on the ground floor, with a dramatic nine-metre undercroft featuring an infinity pool, wellness facilities and breathtaking river views from the deck.”

“Simultaneously, the site location offers a peaceful refuge from the city, striking the perfect balance between work and life,” he said. The development would have 43 car parks for residents – an average of three per apartment – along with three spaces for visitors.
