COTABATO CITY - The Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM) led the observance of World Health Day (WHD) here last April 7 by thanking nurses, midwives and doctors and paramedics serving as frontline workers in the fight to contain the spread of the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19).

“Medical workers face the frontline with dedication and courage even if they also have their own fears and anxiety in their hearts,” Dipatuan said. BARMM, through its Ministry of Health , “guarantees full support” for the frontline health workers in acquiring supplies and equipment to be able to battle the COVID-19 disease, Dipatuan said.
