Barbie Forteza has taken a break from her busy life in the spotlight as she enjoys some personal time in Chicago, Illinois, in the United States. | HMallorcaINQ

Following her short vacation, the Kapuso actress said that she can finally return to her “world again,” although it remains unclear whether she has already returned to the country.

“Now, I can’t wait to go back to my world again. I won’t drown this time. I’m not afraid of the water anymore [because] now, I know how to swim,” she added. Forteza’s short reflection gained the support of celebrities such as Agot Isidro and Christian Bautista, as well as film producer Joey Abacan, as seen in the comments of her post.Since October 2022, the actress has been enjoying a surge of popularity following the hit historical fantasy drama “Maria Clara at Ibarra” where she starred as nursing student Klay Infantes who was transported to the fictional worlds of “Noli Me Tangere” and “El Filibusterismo.
