Inilahad ni Barbie Forteza na masalimuot ang kuwento ng kaniyang karakter na si Adelina dela Cruz sa upcoming family drama series na 'Pulang Araw,' na isang bodaville star na naabot ang pangarap, ngunit nahinto noong sumiklab ang digmaan.
Sa Chika Minute report ni Nelson Canlas sa 24 Oras nitong Biyernes, ipinakilala ni Barbie ang karakter niyang si Adelina dela Cruz, na kabilang sa isang blended family noong panahon ng giyera.
"Kaso biglang dumating ang giyera sa bansa natin, at doon na magsisimula ang masalimuot na journey ng apat na magkakaibigan, sina Adelina, si Teresita, si Hiroshi at si Eduardo," dagdag ni Barbie. "'Yung character ko kasi, magmula bata siya sinarili niya lahat. Na noong dumating 'yung giyera doon siya talaga sumabog, na 'hindi na puwede ito, hindi na puwedeng inaapi tayo. Kasi ako magmula bata ako, inaapi na ako eh kasi mahirap kami,'" sabi ni Barbie tungkol sa kaniyang karakter.
