BACOLOD CITY – Barangay Granada bagged another grand slam after winning in the 45th MassKara Festival street dance and arena competition here on Sunday, Oct.  27.

BACOLOD CITY – Barangay Granada bagged another grand slam after winning in the 45th MassKara Festival street dance and arena competition here on Sunday, Oct. 27.

This is the barangay’s second grand slam as they won the crown in 2014, 2015, and 2016, and in 2022, 2023, and 2024. Showcasing a dazzling display of creativity and talent, Barangay Granada also bagged all minor awards – the Bacolod Yuhum Choice Award, Best in Theme and Concept, Best in Music, Best in Mask, Headdress, and Costume, and the Connectivity in Motion Award – and won a total of P190,000 cash prize.

Bacolod Rep. Greg Gasataya cited the organizers for their efforts to make the competition successful.
