Ayon kay Mayor John Dalipe, pinakilos na nito ang kanyang mga bataan upang maibigay lahat ng kailangan at maging matagumpay ang pag-host ng Zamboanga sa nasabing event sa ika-2 sunod na taon. Maglalaban ang mga cadet athletes sa arnis, athletics, basketball, boxing, chess, E-Sports, kickboxing, sepak takraw, swimming, table tennis, taekwondo, target shooting, volleyball at raiders competition.
