BAGUIO CITY — The city government signed a memorandum of agreement (MoA) with the Land Transportation Office (LTO) on Wednesday at City Hall for digital interconnectivity with the traffic enforcement department as a means to promote road safety.

'Baguio is spearheading smart mobility, which I have not seen in any part of the country,' Mendoza said. 'It is also good that we include the smart mobility program and other cities should use this as a model.'The LTO chief said the MoA will serve as a 'mutual sharing of ideas,' where the LTO can adopt practices in Baguio City and adopt them in other cities with an interconnectivity agreement.
