With the theme “A Renaissance of Wonder and Beauty,” the city government on Monday, Dec. 12, officially launched the highly anticipated and popular Baguio Flower Festival or Panagbenga in February.

The launching of Panagbenga and the calender of activities was attended by locals officials and officials of the Baguio Flower Festival Festival Inc. at the city hall grounds. “Yes, I’m very excited that now we can celebrate Panagbenga fully, happily, as we know that our tourists have been waiting for it for a long time. We don’t want what happened in other countries to increase the number of Covid cases due to the celebration, but this time we have prepared everything to make our celebration safe,” Magalong added.
