Sa imbestigasyon sa Mambaling Police Station ubos sa pagdumala ni Police Major Efren Diaz nga samtang nag lingkodlingkod ang biktima sa maong dapit niabot ang duha ka wa mailhi pa nga lalaki uban sa usa ka babaye ug usa kanila ang namusil tumong sa tuong bahin sa ulo sa biktima gamit ang wala matino nga kalibre sa armas.Base sa nakuha nga impormasyon nadakpan si Alquizar niadtong Septiyembre 30, 2024 sa kaso sa illegal gambling ug iya kini nga naserbisyohan ang sentensiya.
