New COVID-19 cases continued to drop while health-care utilization rates remained at low risk, according to the latest case bulletin from the Department of Health .

The DOH on Monday said the average detected daily cases fell further by 20 percent from 492 to 392 cases.Last week, 2,747 individuals tested positive for the SARS-CoV-2 virus, including 32 who were severely or critically sick. Two people died of COVID-19 last month, raising the official death toll to 66,484 out of 4.16 million confirmed cases since the outbreak of the highly contagious respiratory disease in 2020.
