customers may soon notice a change in the way their parcels are delivered due to a recent trial which looked at phasing out the ‘sorry I missed you cards’.

Only those with My Post accounts will be affected by the changes, which are expected to come into play at the end of June.While Australia Post is yet to formally announce the changes, an Australia Post spokesperson told 7NEWS.com.au they are “currently working through the outcomes” of their trial. Australia Post customers may soon notice a change in the way their parcels are delivered due to a recent trial which looked at phasing out the ‘sorry I missed you cards’.“Australia Post’s MyPost app and website offers the best possible parcel tracking for customers, along with other features such as the ability to redirect your parcel to a more convenient location, in real time.”
