PORT operator Asian Terminals Inc. (ATI) saw a 36-percent decline in first-quarter net income to P752.7 million from P1.2 billion in the same period last year.

PORT operator Asian Terminals Inc. saw a 36-percent decline in first-quarter net income to P752.7 million from P1.2 billion in the same period last year.Revenues for the period fell by 7.4 percent to P3.47 billion from P3.75 billion a year earlier.The company said earnings from South Harbor International containerized cargo and Batangas Container Terminal dropped by 5.1 percent and 20.3 percent, respectively, on account of lower container volumes.
