The Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) has recognized the DTI as one of the government agencies that demonstrated “exemplary performance” based on the results of the administered Report Card Survey initiated by ARTA. Know more:

THE Anti-Red Tape Authority has recognized the Department of Trade and Industry as one of the government agencies that demonstrated “exemplary performance” based on the results of the administered Report Card Survey initiated by ARTA.

RCS 2.0 is a scorecard of government agencies that measures their effective implementation of the Citizen’s Charter and their efficiency of government service delivery. ARTA has coordinated with the Civil Service Commission and the Philippine Statistics Authority in administering the survey. According to the results of the RCS 2.0 pilot implementation, the other agencies that were awarded the “very satisfactory” rating were Government Service Insurance System , Department of Foreign Affairs , along with the University of the Philippines-Diliman and the Philippine Children’s Medical Center.
