“I believe that giving myself time to be still and to focus on the creation at hand can be a healing and strengthening process similar to meditation,” she said.” That is why I love it.”“I find this form of artwork very therapeutic,” she said. “It is a great way to quiet the mind after a busy day. As well, a nice way to enter a new day by focusing on something creative during the early morning hours.
“I love crafting because it allows me to focus entirely on one thing; my mind empties out of any worries, concerns, stressors, which is very therapeutic.”
