ILOILO CITY – The 3rd Infantry Division of the Philippine Army has slammed the alleged recruitment of students for the New People’s Army in universities in this city.
A FLYER allegedly urging students to join the New People’s Army found at West Visayas State University in Iloilo City.
Flyers of Kabataang Makabayan were allegedly found in the campuses of the University of the Philippines-Visayas and West Visayas State University. The Army said that students should be shielded from the propaganda to join the NPA, the armed wing of the Communist Party of the Philippines.
