Kapamilya actor Arjo Atayde bagged a Best Lead Actor nomination “Cattleya Killer,” an ABS-CBN International Productions, Nathan Studios, and Prime Video collaboration series, in the Asian Content Awards (ACA) 2023 happening on October 8 in Busan, South Korea.

Arjo, who played the role of agent Anton Dela Rosa in the series, is up against other prominent actors coming from China, Thailand, South Korea, and Japan. Aside from “Cattleya Killer” debuting as the most watched series on Prime Video, it was also the first Filipino produced drama series that screened on Marché International des Programmes de Communication or International Market of Communications Programs at Cannes.
The Asia Contents Awards, established in Busan, South Korea, is an annual event that celebrates the achievements of excellent content made for television, online, and OTT across Asia. This year’s ACA joins forces with the International OTT Festival, co-hosted by the Ministry of Science and ICT and Busan Metropolitan City, in its goal of expanding its topography from Asia to the world, embracing changes in the growing content industry, and encouraging domestic and international well-made content.
