Ayon sa ulat, nauna nang inaresto ng NBI si Cresente Canada noong Miyerkules. Sumuko naman sina Canada at Cemañes.Nagtungo rin umano ang mga tauhan ng NBI at Police Regional Office-Davao sa Kingdom of Jesus Christ compound sa Davao City pero wala roon ang kanilang lider na si Quiboloy. Sa mensahe sa GMA News Online, sinabi ni NBI 11 Regional Director Atty. Arcelito Albao, na tig-P80,000 ang naging piyansa nina Roy at Canada para sa pansamantala nilang kalayaan.
