Business mogul and chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, Dr Jimoh Ibrahim, on Saturday expressed confidence that the state governor and the party’s governorship candidate, Rotimi Akeredolu, woul
d win the state governorship election.
Ibrahim said, “All these reports of violence are being sponsored by those who know that they will lose the election; those weak candidates to get sympathy from the people. But I can tell you that Ondo State is typical. It is a traditional state that believes in its own ideology and that is why we are voting the APC today.”
Olafeso, who was a 2020 PDP governorship aspirant, also applauded the electoral process on Ondo State, saying, “I voted at Unit 4, Ward 1, Olumekun, in the Okitipupa Local Government area before 8.30am. Materials arrived on time and everything is very okay here.
